Tony Foundation and our partner, APEX Systems, presented a check for financial assistance to a deserving family fighting cancer.

Eddie has stage 4 colon cancer and has been going through rigorous chemo and radiation treatments. His wife, Michelle, is the primary caregiver (they also have three sons and a daughter). During this battle, Eddie has been unable to work. He was unable to continue his job in construction due to physical limitations from cancer. To keep some income coming in, he drove for a rideshare until pain made that impossible, as well. They have been doing their best to maintain themselves financially (and emotionally) throughout this ordeal.

Dedicated employees at APEX Austin and APEX Atlanta have been raising money through donations and fundraisers to help Eddie and Michelle through Tony Foundation. They even created a special video to share their encouragement and best wishes with the family. When we met with Eddie and Michelle, we presented them with a check for $5,000 to use however they wish, no strings attached.

We extend our utmost thanks to our friends at APEX and we are honored to be a part of helping this family with them.
